The project remained relatively standard compared to our usual projects, despite several requests for modifications after the design phase.

Notable points:

  • Client was particularly demanding regarding document approval.
  • Very long drawing approval cycles.
  • Difficulties in getting the client to accept the costs associated with modifications requested during the design phase.

Timelines

The initial deadline was very tight.

  • Planned timeline: 21 weeks
  • Actual timeline: 18 weeks

The team therefore delivered ahead of schedule despite the project’s constraints and the client’s requirements.

Transport

  • Delivery was made by ship.

Challenges Encountered

  • Flooding in Morocco disrupted the shipping phase.

Despite these challenges, the project was delivered within the expected timeframe.
